Our leadership development service includes the design and delivery of programmes for a select group of leaders who share a title and/or similar responsibilities in your organisation, e.g. Directors in a strategy consulting firm. Programmes usually combine workshops with individual coaching sessions to embed learnings and insights into the day-to-day activities as well as to address specific personal challenges.

Leading development programs focus on topics such as

  • Embracing role transitions: new behaviours, mindsets and challenges

  • Expanding personal impact through communication and presence

  • Learning and applying coaching skills for executives

For the design of a leadership development program we interview a selection of participants and stakeholders before proposing a draft design. Since many of our clients intend to run the same leadership programmes on a regular basis, we first run a pilot before finalising the programme design. Leadership programmes are reviewed regularly with the client to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organisational priorities.
